ڪراچي (م.ڊ) اٽارني جنرل خالد جاويد خان چيو آهي ته موجوده صورتحال ۾ استعيفيٰ ڏين جو مطلب ميدان ڇڏڻ جي برابر آهي، سپريم ڪورٽ ۾ جسٽس مقبول باقر جي اعزاز ۾ فل ڪورٽ ريفرنس کي خطاب ڪندي اٽارني جنرل چيو ته جسٽس مقبول باقر جو عدالتي ڪيريئر شاندار رهيو، ھن چيو تھ پي سي او دوران جسٽس مقبول باقر جي ڪردار جو ذڪر نه ڪرڻ ناانصافي ٿيندي، سال 2007 ۾ ڊڪٽيٽر کي اندازو ئي نه هو ته هن کي سز به ڀوڳڻي پوندي، اٽارني جنرل آف پاڪستان بئريسٽر خالد جاويد خان چيو آهي ته سپريم ڪورٽ جي جسٽس مقبول باقر جي فل ڪورٽ ريفرنس کانپوءِ استعيفيٰ ڏيڻ جو ارادو ڪيو هو، هن چيو ته اڄڪلهه آرٽيڪل 6 کي سياسي مخالفن خلاف آسانيءَ سان استعمال ڪيو پيو وڃي، آرٽيڪل 6 کي سمجهڻ لاءِ 2007 واري واقعي کي ذهن ۾ رکڻو پوندو، آئين جي آرٽيڪلز جو مقصد ڪنهن جي ملڪ سان وفاداري کي جانچڻ ناهي، هن چيو ته جسٽس مقبول باقر کي 2007 جي واقعي جي قيمت ادا ڪرڻي پئي، 2013 ۾ دهشتگردي ج حملو به جسٽس مقبول باقر جي همت کي ڪمزور نه ڪيو، بئريسٽر خالد جاويد چيو ته جسٽس مقبول باقر ٻين ججن سان گڏ جسٽس فائز عيسيٰ جي خلاف ريفرنس کي ڪالعدم قرار ڏنو، ريفرنس کانپوءِ استعيفيٰ ڏيڻ جو ارادو ڪيو هپ پر موجوده صورتحال ۾ استعيفيٰ ڏيڻ جو مطلب ميدان ڇڏڻ آهي
